Arma II so real the guys in the army and marines love it and play it
When I was in a chat room one time a fellow gamer from the United Kingdom had asked if I had ever played what he said..sounded like AMWA. I said "what?" Whats it called? He said ARMA. I told him I had heard of it but never played it. He suggested I try it out and so I did. What struck me first of all was how giant the maps were. There was no end to the darn map or at least I never got there.
I got into this game more and more and it became my favorite multiplayer game. It was tough to get a kill on the enemy so when you did...it was all the more satisfying. This game takes skill and knowledge and I had seen many a newbie soldier die on the battlefield because they were way out of their comfort zone here. Flying and landing vehicles takes skill and the bullets of the enemy are very lethal.
What blew me away about this game is this. I remember being in a fire fight and one of our guys got shot and was writhing in pain right next to me. All of a sudden my teammate ran over to him, bent down and lifted him up on his back!!! It was amazing!! Then he carried our fallen teammate to safety as bullets wizzed by all around us. It was amazing and still is.
